Darren Brighton, CEO of Brighton Technology Group Pty Ltd (BTG). leads a consolidated provider of solutions for hospitality markets, including on-site communications. With over 25 years in the role, he is passionate about delivering innovative, customer-centric products, and services that enhance efficiency , safety, and guest satisfaction. He began his entrepreneural journey at 17 by founding a carpet-cleaning business. Since then, he has built, managed, and sold several companies in the chemical, wireless, and technology sectors, generating multi-million dollar gains and reinvesting in BTG. He has developed strong relationships with industry leaders and partners such as Jtech Inc., Questek Australia, and sold to Hills Health. His mission is to leverage his business development and strategy expertise, along with his extensive network, to grow BTG’s market share, revenue, and reputation as a leader in the industry.

Jenny Brighton, Managing Director of Amazement and of numerous other hospitality and tourism ventures, has laid the foundation for a successful, profitable, and community-driven business. She brings joy to children and adults through initiatives supported by NDIS, leading a team of more than 70 employees. Jenny’s passion for animals also drives her charitable work in wildlife welfare, where she leads a registered charity for trans people pursuing careers in animal welfare and supports animals’ futures. She recalls that, when she started this project, working with animals, kids, and special needs was often labelled as challenging, yet she approaches these initiatives daily with evident satisfaction.
